Here are some important rules:
The tenant will use the rented accommodation, furniture, and equipment peacefully and will be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the term of the contract in the premises which they have exclusive use of.
The tenant shall maintain the rented accommodation and return it at the end of the contract in a good state of cleanliness and repair. If items listed in the inventory are broken or damaged, the owner may claim their replacement value.
The kitchen must be returned in the same condition as it was found on arrival, i.e. tidy, the dishes done, the fridge and freezer emptied and cleaned, and the oven and appliances cleaned.
The tenant is required to empty the rubbish bins, to sort the waste, and to use the containers provided in the neighbourhood and in the rubbish bin located in the common area. Failure to sort waste will result in additional charges.
The tenant must inform all members of their group about the conditions of rental. The tenant is responsible for all members of their group. It is strongly recommended that each member of the group is asked to contribute to the deposit.
The tenant may not take any action against the owner in the event of theft or damage to the rented premises.
The tenant may not object to the owner inspecting the premises if the owner or his representative so requests.
If the owner notices during the rental period that the tenant has violated these rules, the owner reserves the right to evict the tenant without compensation.
In case of damage, the criminal and civil consequences will be the sole responsibility of the tenant.
