The reservation will be effective upon receipt of the total amount of the stay.
DURATION OF THE STAY :
The client who signs this contract concluded for a fixed period may not in any case claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
ARRIVAL :
You must arrive between 5:30pm and 7pm. In case of late or delayed arrival, please inform us.
DEPARTURE :
The premises must be vacated no later than 10.00 am on the day of departure.
CAPACITY :
Each flat is designed for a maximum capacity of 2 persons for La Petite Venise, 4 persons for Le Bartholdi and 6 persons for Le Koïfhus. If the number of occupants exceeds the number indicated by the client at the time of booking, we reserve the right to refuse the additional persons. In this case, any modification or breach of contract will be considered at the initiative of the tenant.
DEPOSIT :
A deposit of 750 euros will be requested by credit card (SWIKLY) at the latest 15 days before the beginning of the stay. The deposit will be returned within a maximum of 2 weeks after departure, after deduction of any sums covering damage and/or deterioration of the accommodation and the furniture and objects in the accommodation caused by the tenant.
INSURANCE :
The tenant is responsible for all damage caused by him. He must be insured by a holiday insurance contract for these different risks. For information, insurers often provide this cover at no extra cost in the home insurance.
DISPUTES :
Any dispute or claim relating to these general booking or cancellation conditions will be brought before the competent French court.
